Returns & Exchanges

At DTC Outlet, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
